Airfreight Export Shipments:
- At the time of
booking, we explain the required formalities for
every shipment so you are clear on the procedure.
- Depending on the
transportation time required, we select the most
suitable transportation product available for your
shipment and give you a fully transparent and
all-inclusive costing for every shipment.
- We discuss the
ground transportation of your shipment from your
location to our airport facilities and make the
necessary arrangements.
- We book your
shipment with the carrier selected.
- Upon receipt of
your shipment at our facilities, we prepare your
shipments "Ready for Carriage," with complete
documentation and labeling.
- We deliver your
shipment to the contracted air carrier’s cargo
acceptance location.
- We pre-alert the
consignee of your shipment with all relevant details
(Master AWB Number, Flight Arrival Details, etc.).
Airfreight Import
Shipments:
- Based on your
instructions, we will coordinate the shipment flow
you’re your origin to your destination, together
with the A-Zap partner firm at shipping origination.
- We will pre-alert
you of any incoming shipment with all relevant
details (Master AWB Number, flight arrival details,
etc.), and discuss with you the required import
formalities for every shipment.
- We provide customs
brokerage/clearance services.
- We arrange for
delivery of shipment to your location.
Warehousing/Distribution:
- We provide
complete warehousing services and logistics.
- We distribute
shipments from warehouse according customer's
instruction to final consignee.
- We provide for any
requests for customer specific value-added services
such as labeling, packing, etc.
